CHANGE THE TUBE DECORATION ON THE FLY

The Decoplas™ 120 line is a fully automated extruded cosmetic tube production line with label quality decoration capability producing up to 120 tubes per minute.

Aisa’s Decoplas extrusion labelling line, is capable to switch from one artwork to another without stopping. This innovation increases productivity and makes it possible, to cost-effectively produce smaller lot sizes. In comparison, the conventional tube line stops until the new artwork is set up on the printing machine and then starts up again.

The line is composed of a sleeve maker (DXL 120), an accumulating store, a header (PTH 120) and a capper (CM 120).

• Up to 120 tubes/min.
• Tube Ø25 to 63.5 mm
• Extrusion linear speed up to 24 m/min.
• Body length 50 to 230 mm
• Tube length with cap up to 270 mm
