Gusto is the first and only induction oven series for commercial aircrafts. A brilliant alternative to the convection ovens that opens new dimensions in fresh food preparation for first class meals service on board. The patented induction system technology offers a wide range of advantages: it’s safer, as the oven is not hot in any of its parts during operation, it offers a quicker food re-heating service and allows airlines to easily prepare fresh meals like in a five star restaurant, as perfectly roasted meat, sunny-side up eggs and steaks. Further inserts for toasting, grilling and steaming complete the product range. The oven has already been successfully installed on board of some commercial airlines.
