On May 13, 2020, Melchers China together with the China Competence Center of the IHK Frankfurt am Main and Darmstadt and the AHK Greater China had hosted a Webinar “China’s emergence from the crisis – an opportunity for German companies”. The Webinar looked at the situation of German companies in China in the light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the business opportunities the crisis revealed. With a special focus on the consumer sector, the Managing Director of Melchers in Beijing, Mike Hofmann, spoke about recent and accelerated digital market trends and opportunities in the online trade.
